Shipping policy

Duties and taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and reflected in your final order total at checkout. For security, all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address provided.

All pieces are made to order and production takes 8-9 weeks. If you would like your piece sooner please reach out to us via email at hello@the11thhousestudio.com Custom orders and resizing requests will take additional time.

Once your order has left our studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details. Delivery windows are approximate and may vary; should there be any unforeseen delay, we will notify you straightaway.

Please note, due to international trade regulations, we are unable to ship fine jewelry to certain destinations, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, and China. If you don’t see your country as a shipping option please reach out for more information.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs processes at the destination country, or for any local duties or taxes assessed upon arrival.
