What inspired The 11th House Studio?
The brand was born from a lifelong love of art, astrology, and the night sky. Rooted in my Argentine upbringing, each design bridges the tangible and the celestial—turning cosmic inspiration into wearable art.
What does “The 11th House” mean?
In astrology, the 11th House represents community, connection, and collective dreams. It’s where we share our light with others—an energy that guides every creation in our studio.
Design & Craftsmanship
Where is your jewelry made?
Each piece is designed in our studio in the United States and is handcrafted with care in Italy.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with 14k gold, and 18k gold, and responsibly sourced diamonds, and gemstones including birthstones that carry astrological significance.
Are your pieces made to order?
Yes - most of our designs are made to order to minimize waste and allow for personalization. Custom timelines vary based on the complexity of the piece but range from 8-9 weeks with the exception of our "One of a kind" pieces.
Customization & Astrology
Can I personalize a piece with my birth chart or zodiac sign?
Absolutely. Custom designs can incorporate your astrological placements, symbols, or stones aligned with your chart. Each piece becomes a one-of-a-kind cosmic talisman.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
All pieces are made to order and production takes 8-9 weeks. If you would like your piece sooner please reach out to us via email at paula@the11thhousestudio.com Custom orders and resizing requests will take additional time.
Once your order has left our studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details. Delivery windows are approximate and may vary; should there be any unforeseen delay, we will notify you straightaway.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs processes at the destination country, or for any local duties or taxes assessed upon arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the following countries at this time:
United States of America, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden
Please note, due to international trade regulations, we are unable to ship fine jewelry to certain destinations, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, and China. If you don’t see your country as a shipping option please reach out for more information.

How will my order be packaged?
Every piece arrives in our signature 11th House packaging—designed to feel like opening a small universe, perfect for gifting or keeping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that custom or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, and sent back to the following address:

Customers are responsible for returned goods until they reach us. For your protection, we recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method that requires a signature on delivery. Proof of purchase from 11th House may be required to process your return. All return inquiries should be directed to Paula@the11thhousestudio.com.
If you have received the wrong item, we will refund you in full, including any return shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can arrange collection or provide return instructions.
If your item develops a fault within 6 months of delivery, it may be returned for inspection. Where possible, we will repair or replace the piece. Damage determined not to be caused by normal use will not be classified as a manufacturing fault.
Items outside of this timeframe, or those not deemed faulty, may be eligible for repair at a cost, including return shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Please note that any international duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
Maintenance & Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Gold jewelry, celebrated for its enduring glow, requires only gentle care to stay luminous. To preserve its brilliance, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, away from dust and moisture. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, or cleaning products — the chemicals can dull the metal’s natural shine.
When needed, polish gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore its radiance. Treat your jewelry as you would any cherished talisman: with intention, mindfulness, and care, so it continues to shine through every season of your story.
